Vice President of Property Management
Jae A. Roe, CPM®, ACoM, is a seasoned leader in commercial real estate management with over two decades of experience. She is Vice President of Property Management for The Chicago Trend Corporation, and also provides training and workforce development to the industry as Founder of SOVA Real Estate Solutions LLC. Her expertise spans a diverse range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, medical, historic, mixed-use, and multi-family.
Jae is a dedicated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) advocate who has held multiple leadership roles within the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), notably Regional Vice-President for Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Her insights have graced the pages of prestigious publications such as The Journal of Property Management, National Real Estate Investor, and Bisnow. In 2021, she earned the esteemed title of Woman of Influence by the GlobeSt Real Estate Forum and, in 2023, received the Legacy Award from the IREM® Hampton Roads Virginia Chapter.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Regent University and is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM), Certified Property Manager (CPM®), and a candidate pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation.
